However, in our local market, Neosho qualifies, as well as the communities of Carthage, Monett, Aurora and some areas in Webb City, and Carl Junction.

Income limitations apply to RD financing. For the Joplin, MO area, an individual borrower up to a family of four should not have annual income exceeding $74,750. A family of five to eight should not exceed annual income of $98,650.
